Z's Oyster Bar & Steakhouse is a Triple A rated 4 Diamond restaurant in addition to being a locally rated 4 star restaurant. Z’s specializes in Prime Midwestern aged beef that is hand cut to order, as well as seafood that is purchased directly from the source and flown in fresh from Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. Z's features a Wine Spectator award winning wine list with over 600 different selections. The restaurant houses a private dining room that seats 20 to 60 guests.Z's steaks are selected from Prime mid-western aged beef, hand cut to order and cooked the way you like it. Our seafood is purchased directly from "Day boat fishermen", prepared simply and cooked to perfection. Oyster lovers can select from the best oysters available, whether West Coast, East Coast or the Gulf.

The best steak and sides ever! Delicious....
Mehrzad Sharbaiani knows about service and fine dining, and it really shows at his restaurant. Unbelievable menu selections, great wine list and impeccable service all add up to a wonderful restaurant!
