DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!!! My dog was injured while in their care. I dropped him off for grooming- not day care- and when I picked him up, he wasn't putting weight on his back leg. The vet diagnosed it as a sprain. Seven days later and my dog is still not using the leg.

The groomer 'has no idea' what happened and the owner has been unresponsive. As pet owners, we put our pet's welfare in the hands of PROFESSIONALS who are supposed to assume responsibility for their health and well-being. Not this place. Their 'Mission Statement' above makes me laugh- 'understanding of dogs, their behaviors , etc'??? Really??? I guess that's why they have no idea when or how my dog was injured.
