Awesome teachers, amazing classes. I was new to Yoga and intimidated. They clearly know what they are doing but are down to earth and have a sense of humor. Best experience anywhere!

Yoga One is by far the most comfortable and caring yoga studio I have every been to. Their instructors are very professional and do a great job of keeping the right flow and tempo of each class.

I love this studio. The teachers are amazing and each teacher has their unique personality shine through with each class. I may walk into the class feeling sluggish and run down from the week and when I walk out I have an energy and calmness about me that could not be found without the help from these wonderful teachers.

From the location to the instructors to the room, classes and energy (oh, and don't forget the very cool music nights with live performers), this place has it all. I especially like the Kundlini class on Thursday afternoons!

The times I've gone they have always been very welcoming of people of all skill levels - helping everyone to continually improve while always feeling comfortable. Extra events like concerts make it even more appealing!

Their instructors are very approachable. They make me feel comfortable as I am beginner to the practice. Other studios I have visited feel much more rigid in terms of what they consider to be the "right" practice.
