At worththewait it is my goal to offer consignors and shoppers a total retail experience. From the time you step into my Boutique you will realize that this indeed is a “different” shopping experience. From scented candles burning, aromatherapy, surround sound music, free gift wrap for every jewelry and gift purchase to a beautifully designed and decorated, well organized, meticulous store. For several years as a newspaper advertising manager, I was in a position to help hundreds of businesses grow and develop by increasing store traffic, gaining more widespread name awareness, merchandise more effectively and in the end become more profitable. I was always fascinated with the consignment category, but never saw in any of the existing shops what I thought was possible. When I left the corporate sector my goal was to create an upscale, beautifully designed boutique – offering clothes from some of the most fashionable women in our area at prices far below retail and at the same time offer a fabulous selection of “new” Designer Jewelry, Handbags, Accessories and whimsical Gifts from my frequent trips to New York and the West Coast. In other words – offer two stores in one! When a woman can purchase a $1700 St. John suit for $350, she has a lot of money left over to beautifully accessorize that outfit!
