Boston has its fare share of great specialty drink stores -- it's not just wine -- it's good beer! Where are they?!

Downtown Wine and Spirits
The beer shoppers mecca. They have a huge selection of cold beers with a good mix of international and micro-brews. The big bonus comes with the wall of international beers -- separated by style and country. They're always giving away glassware too which is a big plus.

Marty's Liquors
Marty's on the corner of Comm and Harvard Ave in Allston has a huge selection of beers. In the cooler they've got all the top micro-breweries (Stone, Rogue, Long Trail, Lagunitas, Bear Republic etc), good local stuff (Opa-Opa, Harpoon etc.), and a wall of German and Belgian-style beers. Great stuff.
It is a little more expensive than usual, but it's worth it. Very knowledgeable staff too.

They have all the glassware, now they just need their liquor license -- it's coming soon and it's going to be awesome.

Ball Square Fine Wines
Every time I would go into Ball Square Fine Wines, I'd find a new beer that I hadn't seen before. Very helpful staff.
