Watershed Restaurant is the collaborative creation of Indigo Girls' Emily Saliers with three women partners and nationally renowned chef Scott Peacock. Specializing in seasonal, southern flaired fare, fine wines, and old fashioned, made from scratch desserts, Watershed has received accolades on both local and national levels. Housed in a converted gas station, Watershed offers some of Atlanta's finest dining in a casual, relaxed atmosphere and neighborhood setting. Watershed also plays an active and philanthropic role in the community through our involvement with social and environmental organizations as well as a daily commitment in our business practices.
