I have been dealing with Wallace for a few years now. His customer service is bar none the best in Atlanta in my opinion. He takes time with people and makes sure they know what they are buying and offers the best deal in Atlanta.

I have been a customer of Wallace Reed Music since the seventies, and have always found them to be the most knowledgeable, fair-priced, and quality-minded in town. They sell both new and used instruments, carry top brands, and if they don't have what you want right there, they can almost always get it for you. Their teaching staff have always been great, too. They are not like the impersonal big chains, and thrive on repeat business like mine...and yours. They do this by making the deals and selling the products that keep people coming back. Being owned and staffed by local, professional musicians also gives them an edge that other music stores just don't have. If I'm looking for a guitar, I call Wallace Reed, period.

Wallace has been a great advisory to my husband on musical equipment purchases and overall band setup. Wallace takes an interest in his customers and leads them in the right direction as far as purchasing equipment and overall music goes. He has even came to my husbands surprise birthday party and he loved my bake beans.

From the first time I walked into Wallace Red Music 14 years ago, Wallace has treated me like one of his best friends and gave me great deals on many guitars and accessories I have bought from him. I think all of the famous people from famous rock bands deal with Wallace and I have met many awesome musicians by just hanging out in the store. There's no telling who you may meet there and the environment is like Floyd's Barber shop on Andy Griffith. Real friendly and fun.
