School is a place for learning, growth, development, experiences, exercise and enrichment. At Wag 'N' Tails, we bring these elements to our "dog school" to help your pet become and remain a balanced, enjoyable member of your family. Since 1999, Wag 'N' Tails is proud to offer services that reduce the number of dogs who are brought to shelters or given away every year due to treatable and preventable problems. Our extensive curriculum includes family friendly programs: Elementary education (puppy class) Continuing education (basic and intermediate) College courses (Advanced, off leash) Extra curriculars (The D.O.G. Club, Agility, Acting) Summer school (Kids Camps) Daytime School (Daily play and train program) Tutors (In school personal trainers) Home schooling (Private lessons) Wag 'N' Tails is a full service facility, open every day of the year. So much time, hands-on experience, and testing goes into the positions offered at our dog school. Each of our staff members have the dedication, training, and education we look for when joining our team of "teachers." We are also the original “kennel-free” specialty "home-style" boarding facility located in Shelby Township, Michigan. With over 6,000 square feet of space, multiple televisions, exercise sessions including socialization and training. We have special areas for our small dogs as well as an “old timers” area. Our primary goal is to offer a safe and fun alternative to the traditional kennel for well socialized pets who deserve only the best! Our facility has been designed to be as “homey” as possible, and of course safe and sanitary without the use of kennels or runs. By far the best place for training and boarding. I have been through a lot of facilities but no need to go any further now. Trainers are great (ask for Donna or Patti!), and very helpful working staff. Two Paws up!

Best dog care center,trainers, staff, grooming and Christine the owner is the female "Dog Whisperer". I have been taking my dog (Jessie) there for 7 years. Wag 'N' Tails deserves to be number 1. Thanks for all you have done. June

Wonderful trainers. They have group classes and private training. Very effective and fun. You can tell that the staff really love the dogs.

The trainer there, Donna is someone who really knows her stuff and I trust her to do the right things for the dogs she works with. Beautiful faciity.

Amazing place to train, board, groom, or have your dog come to day care at! The facility is always super clean and looks fantastic! The staff could not be nicer people and the trainers are top notch! Everyone there really cares about the dogs and always tells you just how well your dog is doing! Wonderful place, deserves to win!!!!

My puppy loves going to his classes!! The instructors are very knowledgable and very nice, it makes training a breeze!! And the day care girls are so nice and really care about the dogs. This place is the best dog training and boarding place around!

Fantastic dog school and dog day care! Everyone there is so nice and helpful, and the tips they teach you make it so easy for you to train your dog!! Everyone always comments on how well behaved our puppy is, and it's all because of this school! And the day care girls are so nice and really care about the dogs. Great place overall, so happy I found it!

The staff is friendly. They are excellent with handling dog behavior. They like all the dogs and let each owner know that their dog is special. Wag N tails is clean. They allow my 14 year old daughter, who loves dogs, to volunteer from time to time which is a great experience for her. She learns a lot about dog care and handling and they give her a lot of encouragement regarding her abilities; plus they give her money off her classes in exchange for her volunteer hours in the day care.

Not only does Chris have an amazing passion for dogs, but she has the same passion for life itself and you can really see that in how she puts everything she has into Wag 'N' Tails. I've known her for over 6 years and never has there been a day that goes by without her talking about the place or her love for all of the pets and families that come through there. This is an AMAZING establishment and you couldn't ask for a better place to leave a loved one.

I drop off my dog on the weekends alot when my husband and I go golfing. I feel great knowing we are enjoing a nice day out and so is the dog! We have used several other places, and have yet to find one like Wag N Tails. So friendly, so professional. They really do love the dogs!

LOVE_LOVE_LOVE it. My Dog has the best time at Wag-n-Tails. The staff there are AWESOME. Not to mention the 4 legged friends. My Dog has been going for almost a year now. And when i pull into the parking lot, Ubu knows just where he is at. And he cry's to get out of the car, so he can go play. I try to take him there 3 or 4 times a week, when i'm in town. I travel to & from N.Y and by far Wag-N-Tails is the Best. For those who have not looked into it yet, Do so now. For you to will find out how AWESOME they are there. Wag-N-Tails offers so much for your beloved pet. Check it out and just maybe my dog Ubu and your dog will become best of friends. I was there for the grand opening and fell in love with it! I have a rescued dog (named Dolly) that was not in the best shape when I brought her in for obediance training. She was a joy around people but was very nervous around other dogs. Christine Fox (the owner) set me up with class and also made herself available by phone for any addtional questions I had on a daily basis. With Christine and her staffs support, Dolly and I enjoy a very loving and respectful relationship now. Thank you Wag 'N' Tails!

The staff and atmoshpere at Wag N Tails is exceptional. I have no hesitation boarding my dog knowing she is in a safe, clean, fun environment. I would highly reccommend Wag N Tails to anyone.

My dog and I took classes there and everyone working there was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgable. Each class was well organized and educational and the place was very clean and neat. I would definately leave my dog there to board the next time we go on vacation.

My son and I just got our first puppy and went to Wag 'N' Tails for our puppy classes. We LOVE IT!!! We learned so much in the first 6 weeks of class, that we decided to carry on and learn even more with another 6 weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Awesome facility. I completely trust them with my dogs. They really go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Also, you will not find a better, more dedicated, caring obedience instructor than Donna Sparks in this area.

Their trainers have given me alot of useful information. My dog and I are continually working on obedience. He and I have bonded and become closer through their classes. I can't wait to take him to the next level. He has changed so much that family doesn't recognize him! My neighbors have noticed the change in him. I wish more people would attend training classes for their pets.

This is a great place! They have very knowledgeable trainers and staff. This is more than just a place to board your dog. Become a part of the "D.O.G" (Dog Owners Group) and enjoy twice monthly outings. Seminars and classes aid in animal obedience. What a great bunch of people!
