The quality and care you get from Virtuoso exceeds all expectations; they live up to their name! I initially went into their shop because of a promotion deal several years ago and have never looked back. Both of my daughters also go there and I have recommended them to all of my friends. I never fail to get compliments on my haircut, and ladies, we all know our hair is our crowning glory!!

I just recently started going to Virtuoso for my facials and must say that Albina, their esthetician, is simply the best. She truly understands skin, extremely thorough, will not rush through just to get done, gives you her full attention. Very open, giving, caring. Makes me feel fabulous every time!!! I just cant stop saying enough nice things about her. Thats how much I love her.

Barsoum has been cutting my hair for 5 years and my mothers hair for about 25. He is amazing and everything he does to my hair I love. I will not let anyone else touch my hair

I have been a client of Virtuoso for 18 years. The one on one personal treatment you recieve is like no other. You are truely made to feel like you are the only one in the salon, Like I told the Virtuoso Master himself I have been seeing him for so long I feel like an old married couple. He is truly a master guess I can go on and on. Now I have handed my daughter over to them and what I love about that is that she is 16 and works with her and is honest with her and gives her age appropriate advice I would not trade them for the world. They advise you for what is right for you they dont push their products and services in your face . HEY GUYS I LOVE YOU ALL I HOPE YOU WIN BUT IF YOU DONT YOUR #1 IN MY BOOK ALWAYS.

Michele is the BEST for eyebrows and makeup! She is caring and really gets to know her clients and what works for them. Rachel at the desk is wonderful! She has the patience of the saint, she really gets to know everyone and is always so helpful in making sure you get all of your appointments taken care of! Gina is great with color and will give you a cut that is perfect for you and your style. Everyone is great at Virtuoso!

I have followed Barsom from his Rochester salon to Virtuoso because of his craftsmanship. He doesn't only style your hair, he respects it and treats it so that above all you have healthy hair that also looks great. He is a great teacher as well as he has helped me gain control over my "mane" of curly hair. He and his staff live up to their mission statement of making you look and feel beautiful from the inside out.

Everyone at Virtuoso welcomes you like family, which, of course, you eventually do feel like they are family.
From the friendly welcome and cup of tea, to the beautiful flowers and soothing ambiance, to the creative and professional stylists. Of course, Ina, has been my favorite for many years now and she never fails to help me look younger than my actual years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one, and I do not take that recommendation lightly! After all, a girl's hair is her crowning glory.

They have the best services and a great atmosphere. Michelle, who does eyebrows, is the best and she works with only tweezers. The way she does eyebrows compliments your face. Barrson, is the best with hair care and the place is all around great. I referred many people to them and everyone was pleased.
