They were really helpful, and I LOVE there spray tan equipment. It's so much easier to use and it gives you a better looking less streaked tan.

VIP Tanning is the BEST! They are the only tanning salon that I tan quickly and keep my tan! I go there before any big trip or event. And with fall and winter around the corner, I'm sure to be buying another package! Their bulbs are awesome! I've never got burnt! BIG plus! The VIP staff are always so polite and helpful! If you have any questions or need anything, they are there to help! VIP is def the only place that I will tan at!! GO VIP!!!!!!!!!!!

How can a tanning salon be rated #1 when the Sterling Heights location does not even have a level 3 bed!!! That is one of the options many want, which is why I do not tan there. The other locations a further away. All the locations should have the basic beds to tan, along with the bed levels.

The staff is very nice here.
When I went in with my online coupons to sign up for the packages offered they told me that the coupons were not what they stated. The lotion was not 50% off as the coupon said and the unlimited level 3 was not $29.95. The level 2 wasn't even $29.95.
The fans don't work on most of the level 2 beds. I have only had bed with a working fan and that one was not working last night.
I will not sign up for a package at this salon again. If a company has ad's bringing customers in they need to honor the ads.
