Crazy Dough's is just OK. Crust is in between thick and thin (is there a better word than "medium crust" ?) and the toppings are generous. But if you're in Harvard Square why would you eat here? Honestly 'noch's is less than 2 blocks away. If you want something fancier go get a pie at Cambridge 1.
India Pavillion is a kitschy little Indian restaurant in Central that (from my "extensive" research) the best buffet in Central. The dishes are simple, but always kept fresh and they never run out of the good stuff. I also like that they have pekoras in the buffet -- nice touch.
