I visited Curtain Time about 2 weeks ago with my mother and was appalled by the ignorance of the help. We were in the shop for approximately 20 minutes and were never asked if we needed help, which we did. There were only 2 other customers in the shop and we would have been content with a "be right with you" statement by one of the 3 employees but we were blatanly ignored. My mother was so upset she actually walked out without purchasing the curtains she had picked out. So much for customer service. They were the furthest thing from a helpful sales staff. I would not recommend that store to anyone.
