I had a Brazilian Treatment done before, the treatment was done incorrectly, i went to Salon Soleil and consulted one of their Hairdresser she gaved me an appointment for a consultation for the next day, when i came back the next day she explained to me why the treatment had not worked for me.. the reason was i was not explained i should use the shampoo for this type of treatment, so i purchased the products there and i made an appointment for the future treatment. she was a big help she never tried to say the treatment was done incorrectly, i liked her honesty.
