This place has gone down in quality in the past years. Last year, I swore I would not use them again because of such shoddy work. Today, only because it was convenient- (last time, I swear!) more sloppy work. The dash in front of the passenger was only cleaned halfway, the console and cup holders were not cleaned of debris, and the driver side carpet was not vacuumed. Had to return to work, so no time to check what else they left out.
Last year, when I called to complain of ketchup that had been left on the back seat, they were not sorry, and did not offer any compensation. Bye David's.
