I went to this salon based on all these comments and my hair cut is the worst hair cut I've gotten in years. I've never written anything like this before but a month and a half later, I can't stand the sight of my hair. I'm sick of wearing it up yet can't wear it down. I was told Fred was FAB with long layers. I took the time to exactly explain what I wanted; cut off two inches, long BLUNT layers, no texturing, no Rachel "Friends" hair-do. What did I get...textured long layers reminiscent of Rachel from "Friends"! I don't understand why most hair dressers don't understand the simplicity of blunt long layers? Layers not cut on an angle, not textured not blended to the point your hair looks unhealthy and broken. Since I was a first time customer, I would think any hair dresser would want repeat biz, right? My suggestion.......be personable and say more then two sentences during the entire session. I would not recommend this salon based on listening skills, not getting what you explained!!! Especially since you went in with the hair cut you asked for just needing to be cleaned up! They can keep the $100 Bucks if I can get my hair BACK!!
