Well, I bought a bike there 3 years ago and it has had shifting problems since day one. Their totally incompetent staff has been unable to fix. Brought it to another bike shop for a second opinion and was told that short of replacing the entire gear system the bike would never shift properly and they will not sell that gear system.So I am stuck with a $700.00 paperweight. Recommend you avoid this place like the plague. I also did contact the owner Jeff who was no help either. JMHO.
