Had the veggie burger -- which they claim is the best in the world -- or at least close. It was really good. Instead of grounded and pounded veggies, it was strips of fresh sliced veggies held together with a decent consistency. The beer selection is also quite good, but the kicker is the location. A former bank, this place is striking inside and out.
I had the Bitten in the Bayou Rock Shrimp wrap; and it was very fresh and very spicy. Cabbage was fresh and shrimp were big enough to provide the wrap with some substance. The Cajun lime sour cream size had bite. Very good. (They serve beer too - Mexican imports in bottles, bud on draft).
Atmosphere is really dark and authentic Spanish design including tile-topped tables. Garlic shrimp are really garlic-y, but the bread is so good you scoop up the extra oil. The tapas are really delicious and so is the sangria, but try the salted whole fish. I forget what it is called, but it's really nice.
No T times accepted. Make sure you go to their website and check if there is a tournament or not. I've been burned a couple early mornings - and schools sometimes run league play around 3-6pm. Great nine hole course right next to the Fresh Pond Reservoir.
The owners, Monica and Mustaffa, are the real deal. They memorize customers' names, rush orders, and share in local gossip. Their prices are competitive, but their service wins and keeps business.
I have curly hair and this is the only place my wife lets me go. They do a great job.
Seriously love this place. I went based on the recommendation of the concierge at my hotel, and this place is incredible for burgers. You build your own by choosing from gourmet cheeses, toppings, and sauces. So good. Fries come in a chinese food box, and they were perfect. These crazy cats were nuts enough to play Fight Club on their TVs while I ate. Food was so good, even the TV blood bath didn't spoil the eats. Oh, and I had a veggie burger. Best part...they charge $7 for a High Life beer. It's respect.
The hotel we were staying at for a wedding recommended I book my wife a pedicure at this spot. She's pretty particular about getting her nails done, but Seattle Nails accepted her as a walk-in and she was thrilled with the last-minute results.
Very trendy. It has that European feel to it. Lots of jumpers, Penguin brand tops, and skinny pants. If you work at an ad agency or an architecture firm, this is your place. Couldn't dress for State Street or Fidelity at this place.
