My friend and I had a less than pleasurable experience at Eliza Page. We asked to return a wedding band for store credit after the wedding was called off. The manager very rudely stated their store credit policy is 10 days after the sale. We asked for an exception given these unforeseen circumstances but she was still very cold and uncompassionate, leaving us walking away with the ring.
