AVOID THIS PLACE….the owner Sarah Blawat is very ignorant & rude! Despite spending $1,200 in this shop on an engagement ring, she had my fiancé in tears when we came back to get it resized after she had made a mistake the first time. Sarah used every excuse imaginable of why it didn’t fit and that there was nothing more she could do (maybe get a jeweler that does know how to size correctly). She even asked my fiancé if she retains water! The owner Sarah gave us nothing but an attitude. I was ready to return the ring but my fiancé got attached to it. The only reason we purchased the ring to begin with was because of her assistant Katie, who was an absolute sweetheart and seemed like she was more knowledgeable than the owner. I cant believe how rude Sarah was even though she admitted she made a mistake in resizing it. I will never give her any more business again. Thanks a lot for making what was suppose to be a special experience very miserable!
