Best yoga center in Miami. I have a lot of injuries but the teachers at Prana Yoga were very helpful and new exactly how to work with me. They also have free meditation classes which are awesome. I haven't been so comfortable in meditation in a very long time. I've never seen such a clean yoga studio in my life! I'll miss Prana so much when I return to the Bahamas:( Go there you will love it!
