I thought I was purchasing a product from this company for my daughter's birthday only to never receive it. I contacted the company and was told the manager would not be in for a few days. I then asked to speak to the owner which is when the 'manager' suddenly was available and in the store! This company stated they apparently sent an email to my home email which has been the same for many years stating there was an issue with my credit card, however, the only email I received was an email from the company confirming shipment. Time went by, no product, attempted to rectify situation with store, was called a liar ... ***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY*** First they said the expiration date was incorrect, then they said it was correct, then they said maybe it was a zip code error then they said maybe it was submitted incorrectly ... the only conclusion is they couldn't keep their story straight and were not willing to ship my daughter's birthday present in time :( How low can a company be ... I have NEVER experienced such rudeness from management especially while trying to cover up an error on their part.
