The staff are warm, engaging, and delightful. The chef/owner is the same as well as being a superb chef and caring owner.
The ambiance is everything a wine bar should be - perfect for a couple, old friends, current friends, or just to politely socialize. The food is great.
Nights with jazz provide the perfect opportunity to bring friends who are easy on the eyes while slightly less so on the ears - the rest of the time, its the place where the conversations get better with each glass of wine. Or so it has seemed. Friendly banter with the staff also adds to the experience.
This is a place that should be part of any weekly routine.
