The best trainers and sales staff

They have good classes that are fun and geared to many interests. I like their machines with the individual TVs, so you can enjoy your favorite shows while working out. It is a nice, family environment. It's not overly crowded. The staff is always willing to help. It's not a "meat-head" type gym - lots of diversity so you don't feel so uncomfortable. Good hours, and convenient.
