Triangle Yoga, serving the community since 1996 offers a variety of yoga classes focusing on different aspects as well as different levels. All of our teachers are certified in at least one yoga tradition, some have multiple certifications. We embrace a diversity of yoga styles and promote creativity in teaching at Triangle Yoga. Free community classes are offered the first Sunday of every month at 6pm. Triangle Yoga instructors rotate teaching the community classes as an expression of Karma Yoga.
