Two guys who love pizza so much decided to open a place where they could eat their favorite food all day, and share their love with the public. Pizza is, after all, the most popular food in the country. More then burgers, more then steaks and even more then lima beans!! About 2 years ago, Jake and his best friend decided to open their own place. They searched all over Boston and realized they weren't Donald Trump! If they opened up a pizza shop in Boston, they would have to charge $23.87 for a slice of pizza! So searching for a friendlier climate, they went south. The name comes from many places. Tomatoes are one of the most important ingredients in Italian cooking. You don't make pizza sauce with cabbage! Jake is a fun name. It sounds like a big-tough gangster's name, and we liked it. We are not a franchise, we do deliver, and we hope our pizza is good. We are not going to make claims that our pizza is the best, we just hope it's the best we can make. If we can do this, people should like it. If they don't like it, we have a couple of guys from the old country that can take care of any complaints!
