Our first three years have been memorable: Scott Joseph’s thumbs up of the Tap Room; winning the Foodie Award for Best Burger; seeing our Apple Almond Chicken Salad featured on Channel 13 and in The Orlando Sentinel; and the rise of our house made crab cake to one of our top entrees. The Banquet Hall has seen its share of early success as well: selected by the Phillips Phile as host location to the Kerouac Festival Spoken Word; host to the Taste of College Park; the site selected for a career tribute to former Orlando Mayor Carl Langford; most importantly, growth into one of Orlando’s premier wedding and reception sites combining charm and elegance with an Old Florida feel. Most weekends see three and even four wedding celebrations taking place on our grounds.

We used the Taproom at Dubsdread for our Wedding reception. Cathie and Amy were so easy to work with and made me feel completely at ease planning this big event. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to quite a few other popular locations. The food was so good and the staff truly made the planning and the night go so smoothly! The location as absolutely beautiful and has a very charming and cozy feel with was great. A lot of ballroom’s in Central Florida look similar to each other and it was great to have something different. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Dubsdread and their event staff Cathie and Amy to use. I am very detail oriented and they made sure I knew what I needed to do and plan for which was great help! ? If you need a place for an event definitely use them- and order the crab cakes...they are delicious! They really go above and beyond to provide great service which made my event and my dining experiences here flawless!

Cathie at Historic Dubsdread Ballroom is awesome to work with--we do so many events here and she and her staff always go the extra mile to make sure the client's expectations are not only met, but surpassed.

The courtyard at Dubsdread is the most beautiful site for a wedding ceremony. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the food is amazing!

Cathie and Amy are amazing! Our wedding went by so smoothly I didn't have to orchestrate a thing once the "Big Day" was here. I recommend Dubsdread to everyone I know. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was romantic, upscale, and beautiful. The adjoining restaurant is also delicious.

My wedding reception was held here, and everything ran perfectly without a single flaw, and without any stress on my part!! The guests raved about the food, and the atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. Cathie and staff are tops at what they do. I continue to refer them to friends for any other celebrations that come up. Truly wonderful!!

The Tap Room at Dubsdread is an asset to the already wonderful College Park neighborhood. A quality restaurant that's nestled under oak trees on Orlando's oldest golf course is the prime place for a business luncheon, family dinner or an extravagant special occasion. It is a local classic!

A group of gals with the Friends of the Ballet (an organization which supports the Orlando Ballet) usually meet at the Taproom before ballet performances.. The food and drink are great and the view is so relaxing overlooking the Dubsdread golf course! We always have a great time and have lots and lots of wonderful memories over the years!! We are loyal to the Taproom!

I recently had my wedding at this location and had so many people tell me what great place and how much fun it was. Additionally, for a wedding I actually had people comment on the food an said it was great for a wedding. There was not one thing I had to worry about the entire day thanks to the staff. They coordinated all my vendors for me and I just showed up and had a great time.
