The Plough & Stars may be tiny, but by night is one of the more popular and crowded bars in the neighborhood. Awarded the Best of Boston 2003 for The Best Bar & Irish Pub, The Plough & Stars is the oldest Irish pub in the Boston area. Since 1969, people have been enjoying a variety of the finest imported and domestic beers including the best pints in town. .The Plough has the reputation for the best pint of Guinness in town. We also feature a large range of imported and domestic beers.

The owner rocks - the place looks great - and my husbands' 102 year old grandmother used to own it years ago and was recently invited in to pour a pint!!!!
