The Collins Bar is one of the best bars in NYC for Happy Hour. Monday through Fridays from 4pm to 7pm, they take $1 off beer, wine, well drinks. There are $3 pints of Brooklyn on Tuesday nights, and $3 pint of the day from 6pm to 9pm on Thursdays.
