What other gym closes for two weeks to thoroughly clean from top to bottom; inside and out. Last year they pressure washed the outside.
The laundry service which allows you to leave your gym clothes there...eliminates one big excuse for not dropping in and using the gym!!
The staff and facilities are top knotch. I enjoy their range of services including exercise classes, personal training, racquetball and full size gym. For those interested, they also have social events and seminars.
Awesome pilates classes and clean facility!
I have been a member to many clubs in the Sacramento area and The Capital Athletic Club by far has a great closeness. Everyone is so friendly!
