Elegant, clean, delicious. Everyone has a different style with buffet, I don't like to gorge myself so I concentrate on the heavy hitters. Don't miss the Chilean Sea Bass or the Dover Sole -- both very tasty and elegantly prepared.

I was a little underwhelmed by the desserts. Didn't try one of the famous candy apples, but i did try the creme brulee which was not good.

Tip: go at about 3:00 for Lunch/Dinner -- pay the lunch price and get grandfathered into dinner (Filets and Alaskan King Crab Legs come out for dinner)
