In addition to our Medical Spa facilities at our first location, in September of 2001 The Bougainvillea Clinique established a new full service spa located in the heart of cosmopolitan Winter Park in Orlando. This facility is unique because it is a medical day spa under the direction of Jeffrey Hartog, M.D. and Michelle Hartog R.N. who is also an authentic Pilates Instructor and trains the cast of Cirque du Soleil. They have implemented their steadfast beliefs of providing customized, cutting edge health, beauty and longevity services for their patients and clients. Recently featured in Vogue and Men's Fitness Magazine, the Authentic Pilates ™ Method of Body Conditioning, is the hottest workout in New York and California, and is now available at The Bougainvillea Clinique in the Orlando Florida area.

In addition to Pilates, the studio offers Partner Yoga the first Tuesday of every month. It is a great way to stretch your body while teaching you to communicate with your partner in non-traditional ways. Cortney is great facilitator in both capacities!

Pilates at Bougainville clinic is done the right way! The classes are small and organized and not to be outdone.
Michelle was the first in Orlando to offer Pilates and is still the best. Just ask Cirque De Soleil!
