Since we adopted our dog Buttercup we have found your store a fun place to shop and have shopped there as often as we could. Only one complaint in just under a year and that was the refusal today to credit a coupon after a sale was made an hour earlier. The sales person indicated that she was unable to credit my account or issue a sales credit for the $10 coupon. For busy customers like myself telling me that the coupon would be honored in the future just did not sit well. AFter all I was there today and when would I be able to get back.. I encourage you to get the type of computer that makes transactions like this easier on your customers..as I said it was the first time in a year I have left your store disappointed and wishing for better service.

Dog food without preservatives!!! They are close to my house and my dog and I can walk to it.

They have BETTER dog products--great harnesses that are easy to put on, comfortable and double as seatbelt harnesses--wonderful toys and THE MOST NUTRITIOUS DOG FOOD IN TOWN. Best of all, you can sleep well knowing that no dogs were harmed or made miserable to make these products or they wouldn't be in this store. They give back to the local pet community by having adoption days for rescue groups and even sometimes having a rescue foster pet in their store until it finds a forever home. What A Wonderful Store!!! And did I mention how nice and helpful the staff is?? Big Bad Woof Rules!

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of food, toys and other products, and a frequent purchaser plan with discounts based on the amount you buy over time. They also send coupons in the mail every once in a while.

The service and the products at the store are above average! They are supportive of the local community... and in a time when most business is big business... small business that cares about its customers and it's community is paramount. They are setting a bar that everyone should try to meet!!!

Have you ever seen this store! It has sonmething for every 4 legged and even 2 legged creature. The warmth of the people, the knowledge of the people, and the patience of the people running the store is incredible. The owners, Julie and Pennye, are truly dedicated to the total health of your pets. Where else can one find the ultimate toy and the finest food in a totally unique setting!

The staff is helpful and educated. All the employees have a genuine love for animals that is clear with the high level of service. BBF has a great variety of products. Owners Pennye and Julie are just wonderful, and have dedicated their store/ lives to improving the quality of life for animals.

This store is fantastic, they are dedicated to providing safe and natural food, toys, and other pet supplies for dogs, cats and other small creatures. They really care about the needs of animals and offer a variety of solution to health problems. Additionally they also host a variety of adoption events and foster animals that become depressed, don’t adjust well, or have longer than usual stays at animal shelters. This is truly a wonderful store, I will never shop anywhere else!

Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were so helpful with my shepherd and all his food allergies, so the fact that they carry readily all sorts of alternative treats, food and supplements is a Godsend to me. I don't have to go to the vet's to buy these. They also reward frequent shoppers with rebate coupons. I love this store!!!!!
