Before you choose anyone to design and create your wedding cake, you should know a little about that person. I've been been creating wedding cakes for over 20 years. In fact, I began my business in Atlanta where I trained from the best designers in the business; Nicholas Lodge, The Cake Diva, Rosemary Watson, Collette Peters, Roland and Marsha Winbeckler. While in Atlanta, my customers have included The Pleasant Peasant, Naylor Hall, The Gardens at Great Oaks, The Commerce Club, Bona Allen Mansion, and The W Hotel just to name a few.

I just think that Kimberley is a very talented and wonderful person. I know she is a hard worker and deserves only the best. We miss her in Florida!!
The cakes I have ordered were beautiful but the taste of each was more than I could imagine...FANTASTIC!
Creative, inventive and uum uum delicious! I had a crazy cake that she made and people talked about for years afterwards!
My daughter Kylie has gotten a Sweet Caroline Cake for several years now and that is the first thing she ask for when it is close to her birthday! She loves them!
Kim created our wedding cake a few years ago and it was better than we could have imagined. Our friends are still asking for her information 6 years later.
Sweet Caroline's Cakes provided the wedding and groom's cake for our daughter's wedding. The cakes were not only beautiful but our guests are still talking about the amazing taste.
The owner, Kimberley Radwick, was wonderful to work with and is a true artist.
We tasted lots of wedding cakes in preparation for our wedding, and Sweet Caroline Cakes was by far the best tasting cake we tried. Not only did it taste amazing and the buttercream icing melted in your mouth, but Kimberley took the time to make our cake the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. She took the photographs I took of the Biltmore's ceiling (location we were married) and created a spectacular and elegant design.
