Sushi Chef Yi has worked in Los Angeles for 2 years, where he first learned the art of Japanese food, then moved to Georgia to be employed at 2 other Japanese restaurants. He then settled at Sushi Mio, where he has been working as the head sushi chef since the opening of Sushi Mio in the winter of 1999. Now as the owner of Sushi Mio, he has spent quality time to mold the restaurant into his own masterpiece.
