Beautiful food, beautifully presented. Strings is always a highlight of our trips to Denver.
Fantastic food and great service! Great pairing, ask the chef to cook for you, it's amazing.
The food is delicious. I held my retirement party here. There were people from USA and Canada. They loved the food and service. My wife and I have returned several times and each time we have been delighted. The owner also supports kids in Africa. It is nice to support his restaurant knowing his generosity.
String’s is my little home away from home. I love the food, the ambiance, and most importantly the people. Where else in Denver can you see and meet so many influential players in this town?
I love this resturaunt. The price is reasonable and the food is fantastic. It is a great place to have a romantic dinner for two and their new happy hour special makes it perfect for the after work get together. They have recently hired a new chef and the new items on the menu are just fantastic.
Strings takes the cake for fabulous food, ambiance and service. The Cunningham's have surpassed all expectations and their passion for food and community ring true through everything they do. Always a pleasure to go there and never often enough.
Strings cuisine is delicious, their atmosphere is more than pleasant - it has a sense of community and history that bring it above other restaurants. Their new chef is rockin it too with consistent creations that are both edgy and tasty. I attended a couple of their wine parties and happy hour happenings and it seems the crowd is a good mix of Denver's a-list as well as young up and comers in both business and community. I highly recommend.
Very elegant & classy. A little on the pricier side, but if it's a special evening, it's totally worth it! The service is wonderful, and the food is impeccable. I had a birthday there, and it was the most memorable food ever! :)
Strings is an amazing destination. More than a restaurant, it is an experience. Those dining for the first time are treated like friends. Friends are treated like family. And regulars are treated like royalty. When first seated, my eyes scan the menu and invariably lock onto the cashew crusted sea bass and it is with great self-discipline that I peruse the remainder of the menu only to settle on my favorite two or three choices usually the seared tuna, or a double order of the crab cake appetizer. The pasta dishes are invariably excellent. I cook as a hobby and something I learned a long time ago that Strings has perfected--"First, you feed the eye!" Presentation is an art and at Strings the plate is a canvas. One visit will almost assuredly be just your first.
One of our favorite restaurants. The crab cakes and sea bass are to die for. ;-)
I love this place! I've been there twice and I'm planning on going back. The food is very delicious, the staff is great and friendly especially the bartender. Perfect place for a romantic an relaxed evening.
Strings has been a favorite of mine for over 15 years. In all that time, the quality of the food has remained extremely high. That's why I keep going back. Great food and who can say enough good things about the Cunninghams?
Probably my favorite restaurant in all of Denver. Their food is amazing. Great setting, service is good. Food is unique and oh so yummy!!!
I have never eaten a meal but I have attended two events in the back area of the restaurant and appetizers are original and excellent, a great place to host a special event.
Great food, fine dining whether you dress up or down. Chris(she) is the best bartender in town.
The eclectic fare is consistently prepared to the nines, the service is immediate without being fawning, the wine list is superb, and the ambiance is comfortable and relaxing. Noel and Tammy make the entire experience so much more than simply having a nice meal. Strings has been our favorite since we first ate there. Many restaurants come and go--flashes in the pan, if you will. Strings however, sets the standard and then surpasses it. Lunch, brunch, dinner, or after the show, Strings is the best.
