Also her store carries a great variety of cat toys and I love that they offer delivery service in the Somerville area for large food and toy items, especially in the winer when I hate leaving home,

Joanne offers excellent care to our cat. During the first home visit she inquired about the habits of our cat and was very receptive to learning the games Sonny liked to play. She even asked if we would like her to pick up our mail, water our plants, and feed the fish--things I had not even thought about yet, as I was so focused on providing for the cat. These services were included in the original quote. I recently interviewed a family friend to watch the cat while I was away most of the month. I quickly realized the professional care that Joanne offers and went with her!

Customer service! JoAnn and her staff are the BEST! They do an excellent job grooming my cats. And they are the best pet sitter we ever used! We can always count on them when we go away, and we know that are cats will be well taken care of.
Joanne is a wonderful cat groomer and cat sitter! Our slightly aloof cat loves her! Stinky's does a great job grooming our very fluffy kitty and he doesn't even make the slightest meow about being groomed. Overall, I trust Stinky's implicitly with our very dear little cat.

Stinky's cat-sitting service is wonderful! The sitters are professional, friendly, and willing to help out in other ways. The store stocks lots of great products for cats and dogs, and the bathing and nail-clipping services are great, too.

The owners truly care about your pets, as though they were their own.
The staff cared for my cat as their own, sending me photos via e-mail while I was away, bringing special treats for him and remembering him on holidays! They are great.
JoAnn has always treated my babies with such care and professionalism. She truly has a love of animals and it shows with her interactions with them. She has often come to my rescue when concerns arise.
My dog always looks beautiful, they do a wonderful job grooming her.
