Located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul, we are a relatively new coffee shop offering the finest of coffees in multiple forms. Drop by our store on the corner of Randolph and Hamline and you'll be sure to find a selection of 4-6 excellent coffees available. Each coffee is prepared "by the cup" using our brand new Clover brewing system. This ensures that each cup with be as fresh as possible. If you're not feeling the coffee in that form, then feel free to try one of our espresso based drinks. We feature four grinders, two being Roburs, all to use in sync with our two group temperature stable Synesso.

I drive about 65 miles some weekends to enjoy great and consistent espresso based drinks. Kopplin's was the first of only two coffee serving shops that have met my standards. Their quality is what gives me the incentive to make a better cup at home.

Kopplin's is a small, very clean, older space and the chairs outside give a warm sunlit space to relax.
The staff is cheerfully knowledgeable without being "chirpy"and are there to let folks experience what a precious thing that good coffee is. They always serve quality drinks.

Don't hesitate to drop in with the kids, they are just as careful to serve the little folks as good a quality drink as the adults.
