this is my business

Our goal is to have a lounge where art was as important as the TVs and food was as important as the sports. Spitfire's chef is James Earl, formerly of BluWater Bistro, who's developed a Latin-influenced menu that's "not ethnic by any means," but heavy on flavor and spices but lighter on the fried stuff. Spitfire is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Splashy local art dominates the dark brick walls of this bar tucked away on Fourth Avenue, contrasting with the wide-screen TVs blaring sport. Belltown denizens and sports-loving hipsters occupy the leather stools at the central bar or camp out in the booths lining the walls. The menu has a Mexican bent, offering a long list of house-recipe margaritas made with fresh juice, a well-stocked tequila selection and nibbles like nachos, tacos and more.

Overall great dinning experience with the best prizes and it's not just a sports bar with no cover charge for UFC fights but they are great with special events like poetry night, game night and debat nights. In addition, the large projector screen in the private room with the sofas is sexy.

I'll take 'em sliders anytime, anywhere! Cool, chilled and delicious atmosphere. Not to mention always lively flirting and socialising at the bar. My Sea-town MUST!

Coolest Sports Bar in seattle by far - great food, great wine list, and of course all the TV's. Not a bad seat in the house. Always super fun.

Spitfire has become the place to be for political, non-profit, and social club activities in town. Sports are still their bread-n-butter but they recently hosted 300+ people to watch Obama's acceptance speech. The trivia night that occurs the last Wednesday of each month is also not-to-be-missed.
