I tried to take an entire wedding party (7 bridesmaids) to spa west and was put on hold forever. I called with several months notice. When the "tween" that was answering the phones came back she said she was unsure of any details and asked me to call back. I took my party to another spa an each girl enjoyed her own full package on me. Not just a service or two a whole package. Spa West lost a lot of business and tips from me.

I held my bachelorette party of 17 girls at Spa West this past year. I was skeptical about getting all of us on a schedule together, but they made it work for us! The day went smoothly and calmed my nerves before my wedding. I would recommend doing group parties to anyone!!!

An elegant, restful and indulgent spa that makes you feel like a million! The messages are decadent and melts all those tensions away. Take an hour to feel like you are one of the rich and famous.

I stopped by one day on my way home from work to get some information about their services. One of the girls up front ended up giving me a whole tour of the building and helped me pick out some services that I ended up loving! They are very accommodating and friendly people. I will most definitely be going back very soon!

I was kind of nervous because I've never had a massage before coming to Spa West. When I got there, I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. Gail gave me an excellent massage and now I have no clue why it took me so long to try it in the first place!! I'll definitely be going back soon!

Love it, love it, love it. The messages, pedicures and eyebrow waxing is the best, not to mention the atmosphere and music. Very relaxing! Feels almost like a vacation!

Antoinette did a fantastic job on me. She does great on color and cut. I would send my friends to her. Another thing about her, I went there in June 2007 (I had never been there before) but she told me I had to wait a few months before she could do anything for me. I went back October 17, 2007 ( I had to wait two weeks to get in to her) she remembered me from June! That is impressive to me.

I was there to have a deep tissue massage, but as a massage therapist myself, I left there unimpressed with the service. Some of my knots and problem areas were not attended to, I was bummed out.
