While the service was excellent, I found the locker room not kept up, mold in the showers, hair dryers unable to hold ( heat up), lack of toiletries. The front desk people at the Midtown location seemed to be busy with everything but helping the clientel. The prices don't warrant the overall service. You will not see my business again.

Steph is correct. The Harris' are the owner's and Kathy Hackshaw is the COO. Look it up. I is on their web site.

The message therapists are terrific but when it comes to the overall customer service outside of the spa location, it is horrific. Every company has it issues but its how they handle the issue that makes them superior to all. Spa Sydell could care less about the problems that some customers have. As long as they have continued business, there is no need for anything else. I am very disappointed with the call center as well as the management at the call center. Spa Sydell needs to do better to keep their customers loyal to them.

They have the best staff, highly educated and professional-I have been several other places, and this by far is the best. I started seeing Meagan at the Gwinnett location, and have followed her to their newer Perimeter location and now the Norcross location at the Forym Center. I can tell she loves it there and it shows in her level of service-that is the attitude all of the technicians I have seen have, and it shows in their services.

My husband surprised me with a day at the spa for my birthday, the staff there were excellent. The person that did my facial told me how to care for my skin type (she did tell me about their products) but she told me how to care for it without the use of their products. I had an excellent day. I have since gone back several times for bikini waxes and things just a great atmosphere. If you need a bikini wax ask for Alla.
