Snap is an authentic creperie, don't let the fact that we don't have a French name or do not use that language in our menu fool you... The French element is in the recipe for our batter developed by star chef Paul Bocuse. We have followed the recipe to the point that we use lager (Heineken) in our batter! The line of fine ingredients starts with King Arthur flour, and continues with imported cheeses and preserves that you typically find at Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Our crepe prices however remain among the most affordable in the area. The word is out! You don't have to go outside the Beltway to get bubble tea anymore. We expected to have a bubble tea clientele of connoisseurs but were surprised to see how much the general public has shown interest. Just as the crepes, we have added new flavors and our current list hardly fits on the menu!
