SHAKTI MindBody Studio is a vibrant yoga and healing studio located in the Mt. Vernon Square area of Washington, DC, where the practice of yoga and other holistic therapies are threaded into daily living. SHAKTI (pronounced "shahk-tee") is the Divine life force manifested to destroy negative forces and restore balance. It is the Mother goddess, the source of all, the universal principle of energy, power and creativity.

Shakti is newest yoga addition to DC. The space has a GREAT vibe. The owners are excellent teachers, and the energy is beautiful and cozy. Where have these ladies been?
