Terri Robertson is the owner of Scrapbook'n & More, Inc. She says: I have been in retail in some form or another for over 13 years. I have been in the craft business for almost 22 years (that's giving away my age). I've been in the area since April 2004, & have met a lot great crafters. We love to help everyone on their projects. I have been scrapbooking at scrapbook'N & more since it opened. Love the selection. When I go there I have to go right to the scrap area or else I will buy everything in site,always such new and awesome things. Love everything about the joint and their staff.

this is one of the friendliest and best scrapbook stores there is. It is a great teaching store If you have a question they have an answer or a great suggestion.

The friendly, dedicated staff at Scrapbook'n & More makes shopping pleasant. Always ready to help, they stand by to assist the person who is "just looking" as well as offering advice on a project. The store is not so large that shoppers are overwhelmed with choices; yet, you will find a wide variety of projects to make and an ever-changing selection of inventory. This store is worth a visit & More!

This is the best scrapbook store on earth! They are always bringing in new stuff, and creating new projects. If they don't have something I'm looking for, they always find a way to get it for me. One kit I wanted was back ordered for almost 8 months, they remembered I wanted it and let me know when it was about to arrive. The best part of all, they have the friendliest and most helpful staff, and I'm always greeted by name when I walk in the store.

This is the best scrapbook store! The staff is very friendly, and the classes are a lot of fun. I come in with my 20 month old and the staff talk with her, and help find everything I need! They always have new ideas and tips on how you can make your pages and projects unique.

love this place!! people are friendly and very helpful! If you are not sure how to do something or even what to do , they WILL ALWAYS take the time to help you! You are NEVER an inconvenience. Stop in, I am sure you might even see me there!

the store is LOADED with goodies at reasonable prices. If that isn't enough to bring you back, the service is absolutely phenomenal. They went out of their way to help me. I felt like I was the queen for the day, and it was my first time in!

I am impressed with Scrapbook’n & More. I know from going there that they must have a great team running the store. Now I know that Terry and her staff is the best team you can find in the scrapbook business. They are dedicated, caring, and their first priority is to make customers happy, by providing a great environment with big product selection and a ton of activities. I love how Scrapbook’n & More embrace technology to reach their customers and keep them updated on what is going on in the store. They have an electronic newsletter emailed to their customers once a week to notify them of current and future activates, product info, promotions, and other valuable information. They also have a great loyalty program to reword their customers by giving them points for shopping with them. These points turn in to credit toward merchandise. It is the best loyalty program in the business. I also like their gift cards where I can check my balance online. It is good to know that there are still businesses that you can go to and have honest staff with experience and are thrilled to be there and to make the store better everyday for their customers. Good job Scrapbook’n & More.

LOVE this store! Lots of great selection, including many items that are hard to find elsewhere. The staff is knowledgeable and always there to offer help or advice on a project. Also there are many beautiful samples on display to inspire customers while they shop or crop.

Scrapbook'n & More is my favorite scrapbook store!!! They have a variety of products and the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have about how to use products, or show you techniques you may not know how to do. They also have very nice 'sample' pages displayed to give you good ideas for page layouts!

I love this store! They carry the best up-to-date scrapbook supplies, and the people working there are just wonderful!
