This store has great items and Debbie is amazing! She remembers clientele and is always so helpful and nice! When she left another scrapbook store my mother and I followed her to this one because her knowledge and service is outstanding! The store's organization is also nice as it's sorted by theme, making it easy to find just what you are looking for.

I agree with all the comments so far! Whenever I shop at Scrap-n-Stamp the staff always makes my two children (2 and 4 yrs) feel welcome. I hope you win because you deserve to be recognized!

This is the best store in the Sacramento area. The customer service is GREAT. They really deserve to be voted the BEST Scrapbooking Store!!!!

This store has a great selection and the staff are very helpful with suggestions and answers to questions. I took one of the "card" classes and was very impressed by the number and quality of the cards we made for the price I paid. Though I live 30+ miles away, I still go often as their inventory is constantly changing.

I love how the store is organized by theme, it makes it so easy to coordinate all your projects. You just go to the theme you want and all the patterned paper, card stock and coordinating embellishments are in one area. My favorite is all the Hawaiian paper and embellishments:-)

If your a scrap booker or just like to look and admire and wish you could do it! This is the store for you! The ladies are wonderful! They know their 'stuff' and they are oh so friendly! For the first timer - this is definitely the store to go to!
They are definitely the NUMBER 1 choice in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area.

I strongly agree with all the comments about customer service...I've been to just about every store in the Sacramento area, Stockton, Modesto area and many different stores in the Bay Area. The customer service of Scrap-n-Stamp exceeds all others by far! Always cheerful, always extremely helpful and you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in...

The "biker gals" are just amazing! We love them all and they especially Debbie is so knowledgeable and they greet you the minute you walk in! We go to them alot when we need help, they are very giving in there knowledge and will show and demo for you! The best scrapbook store ever!

Scrap-n-Stamp is the "nordstroms" of scrapbooking. They have all the latest items and hard to find items. STAFF MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY!!! Always willing to go the extra mile. They have everything!!!

This is by far the best scrapbooking store in the area! The selection of paper and embellishments is outstanding; "The customer services is GREAT!"!!! If you are unsure of what you are doing the "Girls" step right up to help and always with a cheerful attitude! Thank you!

OMG! The store is great and the staff are VERY CREATIVE, knowledgeable and oh so friendly!
They have everything imaginable. The selection is soooooooo much better than any other scrap store I've been too. BEAUTIFUL paper and the selection - omg...never knew there were soooooo many designs and paper to choose from.
You should see the cute and creative samples and displays! So clever what these ladies can show you how to make. You should see the scrap book/pages that these ladies can make. OHHHH SOOOOOO cute.
Into Disney?!?!? This is the place. Never knew that you could create so many cute Disney items!

They always offer a great selection of classes in card making, paper crafting projects and scrapbooking. Since the class sizes are small I've always gotten lots of individual attention. Renee and Debbie have always been so helpful and friendly. It's a fun place to hang out and shop!

GREAT selection; GREAT customer service!! They have many unique papers you can't find anywhere else. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. I love going to this store, as it makes you feel at home and the "ooh" and "ahhh" factor is strong as you browse through the store! Thank you!
