In September of 1984, Sue opened Rhode Island's first Thai Restaurant, Bangkok Cuisine, located on Warwick Avenue. Earning the praise of customers and critics from all around the state, Bangkok Cuisine served the finest Thai dishes for nearly 10 years. During the fall of 1996, Bangkok Cuisine moved to the East Side of Providence, RI under the new name "Sawaddee Thai Restaurant." Today, Sue continues her commitment to serving the best Thai food in Rhode Island.
