The Sacramento Yoga Center is an established yoga center dedicated to the conscious practice of many forms of yoga. Our mission is to serve the community by offering daily classes taught by experienced and dedicated teachers. We offer workshops, teacher training, and evening events such as kirtans, concerts, and lectures.

This is the greatest yoga center in town. So many styles to choose from as well as days and times. The Kirtans are fantastic!!

My favorite Svaroopa yoga class is offered here. There's nothing like a good Svaroopa teacher for a real high!
