The Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op is a community-owned full service grocery store and deli specializing in organic, natural foods and products. We also have a Community Learning Center and Cooking School, offering cooking classes and wellness lectures as well as wine tastings and other community events.

The only thing we don't like is having to drive from Elk Grove and fight that awful parking lot. It's a great store with great variety and quailty of products!!!

If you are not a Gourmet Gardener, and do not have an extensive garden in your backyard that you can tend daily, go to the Co-op and they have top notch fresh produce at reasonable prices !!
