There is just no comparison amongst other small places and Royal India. If I go out to eat Indian food I only go to Royal India. Simply great.
After trying all the Indian Restaurants in San Diego, I have come to one conclusion Royal India is the best.

Today I read about citysearch.com results for the best Indian restaurants in San Diego for 2008 and Royal India won that so I tried Royal India with my wife yesterday. We ordered Chicken tikka masala and chicken garlic kabab with kabuli nan (Nan with nuts and raisins) we had Rus Malai as dessert. I must say that Royal India deserve to be the winners. It was all fantastic and delicious in high end ambiance.
Royal India has always exceeded my expectations! Their food is excellent, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is warming and very courteous. I recommend it to everyone!

I could not resist sample of Chicken tikka Masala at Royal India Express. It was so good that I took my wife to Royal India in down town for a formal dinner. Believe me its GOOOOOD. Got to try.

I have tried Indian food in many restaurants and I have to admit that my favorite curry is chilli ginger masala at Royal India in down town. I have tried Indian food in fine dinning to little hole in the wall restaurant in miramar. My chilli Ginger has to have enough green chilli, fresh ginger and flavor. That s what I get at Royal India.
My wife's 30th birthday was celebrated in Royal India. Everything was fantastic. The best food, decor and ambiance. Must try lamb shank and garlic kabab

Wow, Karahi chicken with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, green chillies (I like it hot) is my favorite dish. Love it with rice.
Chicken garlic kabab served on sizzling platter with basmati rice is the item to go for.
I love my Nan and Royal India make fantastic nan and samosa. I am an addict of Royal India samosa with mint chutney.

I work in Sony in Rancho Bernardo. Indian group working in Sony had meal at Royal India. The food is delicious and the ambiance is very sexy.
