Whenever we visit Seattle from Soutern California, we get our Mexican Food fix at Rositas. Among other things, we love the handmade tortillas. It adds to the fun to be able to watch them being made and to eat them fresh and hot.

I have been to almost every Mexican joint in the city and beyond, but Rosita's is awesome! Their fresh tortilla bar at dinner time makes it my favorite.
