My goal at Rosie's is to provide you with luscious indulgences that lift your spirits and reward you for a good week's work and a lot of self discipline! For that reason, I don't scrimp on the good things: creamery butter, rich chocolate, fresh cream, unbleached flour, whole eggs, pure cane sugar, fresh fruit and nuts are my staples. We use no preservatives or chemicals. Everything that comes out of my kitchen is made by hand by a baker who has been trained the Rosie's way.

Rosie's Bakery is the best because it has the most inventive, unique and DELICIOUS desserts in the world!! I have traveled all over and have NEVER had anything like a chocolate orgasm or a boom boom anywhere!! I also love that it is family-run and everything is presented in such a beautiful way.

Well their deserts are fresh and richly decadent, and their coffee is to die for. Seriously, get some yummy slice of something and a cup of their coffee...OMG.

We really didn't get a chance to eat our slice of Velvet Underground wedding cake at our own wedding because we were enjoying visiting with our guests. When my husband and I finally got back to our table, we saw two bridesmaids, forks in mid-air, about to devour OUR wedding cake slices! They were stopped in time so we could eat our entire slices of delicious fudgy cake covered in glorious white buttercream. But at the end of the wedding, there was not so much as a crumb left over. All gone. All of it. It's that good!
